At TodaysJobMarket.com we are committed to respecting your privacy. While we collect some information from you, it is our committed policy to ensure that all your personal information remains private and secure except where you have made your personal information public through the use of our online resume system. As part of our privacy policy, we: (1) will not sell or release personal identifying information about you to any other party without first obtaining your consent; and (2) will not knowingly collect or use personal identifying information from children younger than 13 without obtaining verified parental or guardianship consent.

What Information We Collect

When you visit our Web site, TodaysJobMarket.com collects basic information that does not identify individual users. This includes which pages are visited, the types of job plans purchased, and any feedback from our visitors and members. We then aggregate this information to improve our site for you.

When you create an account with us, you provide us with personal and confidential information such as your first and last name and credit card number. We collect this information on the pages where you open or renew an account to post jobs and search our resume database, or create an account to post your resume to our database.

We and the computer servers that host this site will assign your computer browser a "cookie". Cookies provide a way for us to store temporary information, such as your job list, keep track of items, allow servers a method to track individual sessions and make your visit to our site more convenient. Your privacy and security are not compromised when you accept a cookie from our Web site, we don't use cookies to collect specific personal information and the cookies that we store are temporary. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies. If you set your browser to refuse cookies, you will not be able to utilize our web site to its fullest abilities.

How We Use It

Based on the information given on your account, TodaysJobMarket.com provides a venue for employers to post their jobs and job seekers to post their resumes.

  • Employers are asked to provide their phone number in the event we cannot reach you by email. A courtesy call is also made to ensure we are providing service that meets expectations.
  • Job seekers are asked to provide their phone number and email address so that employers have a means of contacting you.

Currently, we do not send out special offers by post or email. Credit card and bank account information is used to bill you for job positing plans.

Whom We Share that Information With

TodaysJobMarket.com uses SSL when processing credit card or bank transactions; the SSL protocol is appropriate for banks and other institutions that handle highly sensitive data, such as your credit card number, and provides maximum security. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them; please refer to your credit card agreement for further information on fraudulent charges. We use your credit card and bank information in generating an invoice for you and then encrypt this information using a one-way encryption algorithm. This is why you must re-enter your credit card or bank account number when you renew your account.

Credit card transactions are handled by a third party financial institution, AuthorizeNet, which receives the credit card or bank account number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card or bank account number and process transactions. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you may pay by money order or cashier's check, please include your email address, contact number and return address. We will set-up an account for you. Our address is listed on the bottom of this page.

How You Can Change the Information

If at any time you would like to change information in your account, just go the Account page. You may then make changes to or update your information. Please make sure that you save your revisions by clicking the [Update] button.

Retention of Information

We do not retain personal information indefinitely. We act only as a venue for individuals to post their resumes and search for job postings and for employers to post job openings and search individual resumes.

Employers: If you do not renew your account within 15 days, our automated process will remove your account and job postings for you. Credit card and bank account transactions are kept for 7 years to comply with our agreement with our Merchant bank. An automated process will automatically remove transactions over 7 years old.

Job Seekers: You have the option of removing your account at any time - removal includes job search agents, resume, and login information. The Company is currently drafting a plan that will outline when a job seeker account will be considered abandoned by the individual - an automated process will then remove the account from the database.

Resumes

You have the option of storing your resume in our database. You can keep your resume private (not searchable by employers) by marking your resume as "Inactive". If you mark your resume as "Active", all parties that have access to our searchable database will have access to your resume and have the ability to make copies of your resume. You can still email your resume to an Employer if it's in an "Inactive" state.

We cannot guarantee that only employers, recruiters and other similar parties are accessing our database. We are not responsible for the retention, privacy or use of your resume by parties that may have obtained a copy of your resume.

Protecting the Privacy of Children Under 13.

TodaysJobMarket.com does not knowingly collect any personal information from a child without the consent of the child's parent(s) or guardian(s). Before establishing a service with us that requests disclosure of personal information, children under 13 are advised to obtain parental consent. By participating in such a service, the user is representing that he or she is in compliance with this paragraph. We suggest that parents become involved with their children's access to the Internet and our site, to ensure that their child's privacy is always well protected.

If your child has nevertheless, created an account with us, the following procedure can be used to remove the account from our database.

  1. Login to the account using your child's username and password. If your child has forgotten their password, enter in the username and click [Forgot Password]. The password will be emailed to the email address that was entered by your child.
  2. Once logged in, scroll to [Close Account] and click [Open] . All information entered by your child will be immediately removed from the database.

If you do not have the above login information, then our second procedure should remove the account from the database, assuming that your child does not continue to use the account. We are currently drafting a procedure to look for abandon accounts in our database and an automated job will remove these accounts on a rotating schedule, that is yet to be determined.

Other

By using this web site, you consent to the collection and use of your information by us, as described in this policy. We will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of email, correspondence, orders, or any other electronic communications received from you, unless required in the course of normal maintenance of this Web site or we're required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such an action is necessary to: (1) comply with the law or legal process served on us; (2) protect or defend our rights or property; or (3) act in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.

TodaysJobMarket.com fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to release information about members who we believe are in violation of our content guidelines. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful.

We want you be aware that when you click on links and/or ad banners that take you to third party Web sites, you will be subject to those third parties' privacy policies. While we support the protection of privacy on the Internet, we cannot be responsible for the actions of third parties. Our web site shall be used only by employers seeking employees and individuals seeking employment and career information. Individuals are prohibited from posting incomplete, false, or inaccurate personal and employment information on their resumes. Employers are prohibited from posting misleading, inaccurate, or false job postings. Posting of chain letters or pyramid schemes is prohibited; if found, these postings will be temporary disabled until further investigation by the Company.

Employers and individuals are prohibited from sharing their passwords with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized use. All users agree to notify TodaysJobMarket.com of any unauthorized use of your registration and password. For your protection, our system may require you to change your password every 90 days.

Navigation and searching of our Web site and database is restricted to our search engine and job search agents and other available third party browsers, such as Microsoft Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

Use By Children Under 13

TodaysJobMarket.com cannot prohibit minors from visiting our Web site. We must rely on the supervision of the responsible parents, guardians, and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which materials are appropriate for children to view and/or purchase.

Employers: TODAYSJOBMARKET.COM'S database is a private database, licensed to only the individual who signed up for this service. This account may be shared with Team-Members (also called Users), to perform daily employment activities, such as management of jobs and resume searching. We reserve the right to limit the total number of users per account. The retrieval of data from TODAYSJOBMARKET.COM database using any engine, software, tool, spiders, and the like, other than the search tools that we provide is prohibited. All job postings and images You and Your Users place in our database shall at all times remain Your property. If You breach any provision of this agreement and Terms of Use, TODAYSJOBMARKET.COM, may discontinue this service until We have reviewed this agreement with You to clear up any misunderstandings; and then We'll get this service turned back on as quickly as possible.

This site may be at times temporary unavailable due to the following reasons: maintenance (network, database, server), unforeseen computer hardware or software problems, enhancements made to the web site or database, or if the web site migrates to a more accommodating web server. We'll try our best to make known to you ahead of time of any network maintenance that will impact our web site. We'll try to perform all maintenance to the database and web site during late-night hours. If any unforeseen events cause a significant downtime of your account, we'll compensate you by extending your account expiration date.

Any legal dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use shall be first attempted to be settled by mediation. If that is not successful, then the dispute shall be settled by arbitration to be held in Hillsborough County, Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and this agreement to arbitrate shall be specifically enforceable. Any award shall be final and binding on all parties, and a final judgment may be entered in the appropriate court of law. Notwithstanding this, should any litigation ensue between the parties, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable expenses and attorney fees as set by the Court.

This site is created and controlled by TodaysJobMarket.com in the State of Florida, whose laws will govern the Terms of Use and any legal controversy. You consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida and of the United States for any litigation arising out of our Web site's use and operation, waive any objection to this state on improper jurisdiction and/or venue grounds, and agree not to argue that any such litigation brought there has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void, of for any reason unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the rest of the provisions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining ones.
